The marble chimney-pieces shown here are of the very highest quality and are constructed and made in Europe using European (not Chinese) marbles. All are hand made and finished to the very highest standards, following a process formed in the Georgian period and incorporating the best types of marble that can be sourced today in an effort to match that available two hundred years ago. All are structurally re-enforced to the interiors and soffit with all elements held together with copper wire cramps.

The selection is indicative of the types of architecturally correct chimney-pieces we make, but much of our work in this field has been the manufacture of copies or pairs to match existing examples. There are also a number of freely invented designs inspired, but not copied from genuine antique originals.
